Learning Management System Technical Support Consultant Consultancy

UNEP is recruiting a technical consultant to support development and operationalization of the UN Campus Learning Management System. The assignment covers LMS configuration and customisation, migration of digital learning content and learner profiles from the existing Corporate Academy LMS to the UN Campus, SCORM compatibility, launch and sustainment, documentation and knowledge transfer, user access and learning-resource management, quality assurance, troubleshooting, training and exploration of AI-enabled tools for learning. The published requirement is at least two years of hands-on experience administering Moodle Workplace or a similar LMS, including implementation, content/data migration, access management, testing, troubleshooting, training and technical documentation.
