Statistician, P4 Full Time

UN-Habitat is recruiting a P-4 Statistician in its Data and Statistics Unit. The role supports availability, accessibility and analysis of housing and urban data, global monitoring of SDG 11 and the New Urban Agenda, and development of urban indicators. Responsibilities include data-collection methodology, digital technology for data management, data quality, analytical statistical programmes, statistical databases and software, methodological research, quantitative models, technical advice and capacity building, and analysis and visualisation of urban-data trends. The published requirement is at least seven years of progressive experience in statistics or a related data field; experience with urban/housing indicators and digital technology for statistics is relevant. English and French are required.
