What is free?
Fixed-term contracts, part-time jobs, temporary roles and every opportunity an organisation pays to promote are open to everyone, together with search, saved opportunities and alerts. The pass unlocks full-time jobs, consultancies, fellowships, internships, volunteer roles, scholarships, training, grants and tenders.
Will I be charged automatically?
Your M-Pesa and card are never charged automatically. Automatic renewal is off unless you turn it on in My Account > Prefund my account, and it only uses money already in your account balance. The 3-day pass never renews. We email you 24 hours before your pass ends.
Can I pay in advance?
Yes. In My Account > Prefund my account you can add USD 1 to USD 500 to your balance by M-Pesa or card. It is taken off your next pass automatically, and it can renew your pass when it ends if you turn automatic renewal on.
Who can buy the 3-day pass?
The 3-day pass is a one-time offer for new members, limited to one per person, phone number and email address, and cannot be combined with coupons. If you pay for it again, the payment is kept as credit in your account balance and taken off your next pass.
What happens if I buy again before it ends?
The new days are added to the end of your current pass, so you never lose any time.
Does the pass guarantee a job or grant?
No. It gives you access to opportunity information and official application routes. Selection is always made by the organisation offering the opportunity.
Something went wrong with my payment. What should I do?
If you were charged twice, or paid and your pass did not start, contact us with your M-Pesa receipt code or card reference and we will put it right. Every payment is listed in My Account > Payments & credit.
Can I share my pass?
No. A pass is for one person. For teams, universities and institutions, contact us about group access.
